Sleep is better than medicine. [Proverb]
TWIST Comment: When you don't get enough sleep you can tell there is something wrong within. Something physical, mental or in the environment. Whilst the latter is uncontrollable, we can be in control of the former two. We all know that a good sleep not only ends a tired day, but gives the rejuvenation needed to the body for yet another bright day ahead. Watch your sleep times and try to develop a rhythm. Consciously relax your muscles before your sleep, especially the shoulder, neck, forehead, eyebrows and the eye. These are where we hold our day's tension. A good sleep is also directly proportional to our health and food that we eat. As for the external factors, don't worry too much about them. If a dog is barking in your neighbourhood, tell yourself it's in the dog's nature to bark and he's not barking to keep you out of sleep. This could relax your nerves a bit and give you peace.
