TWIST Comment: It always helps to think of a warm place when suffering in the cold. The body responds to it immediately and helps cope with the extreme conditions. So what happens if the difficulty is with the mind? Try the other way round. When you are gritting with anger, try to take a few deep breaths, an artificial smile, or make friendly guestures on the mirror and the body transforms the mind to the opposite pole. Try not to avoid feelings or suppressing them, instead transform them for a more creative living.
