TWIST Comment: Habits become addictions. There is in fact only a thin line of difference between a habit and an addiction. To refrain from getting caught in the loop, one could try to be a little different from the day before. Try things like taking a different route to office, use your left hand for brushing etc. This imbibes an openness to change and keeps the mind in a healthy young state. Soon you'll realize how easy it is to quit some of the deadliest addictions.
