Clinging

You only lose what you cling to
[Buddha]

TWIST Comment: That to which we do not cling to does not really matter even if we lose it. It's as simple as that. If something gives grief in life, observe what it is - lose it to find nirvana. The ultimate of the wisdom of nirvana is to observe if you are ever clinging to this 'nirvana thing'. If so, drop it too... That is bliss.

I think the Buddha is exactly right on this. The things that have pained me the most is those things that I have "perceived" as losses. I will think about this as I heal my body. Thank you for posting it.
